Attendance Policy

• It is expected that active members will attend rehearsals on a regular basis.
• ​Players unable to attend a rehearsal must notify the conductor in advance.
• Communicate! It is appreciated if anticipated absences (due to work, school, family schedules, planned vacations, etc) are reported as soon as they are known to facilitate the planning of efficient and productive rehearsals.
• The music director has the final say on concert participation and/or changes in seating within the section based on attendance.
